This resort had massive pools. I found the facilities amazing and the staff were kind. The rooms was very clean.
I encountered slow service at times. I needed to remind the waiters multiple times to get drinks. The room service took over an hour. I think higher quality facets are needed in the bathroom.

The hotel grounds are beautiful. i enjoyed the immaculate beach. the staff were also friendly and helpful. The pool staff were especially attentive.
the mini-bar now only has soft drinks at an extra cost. wine quality has declined i think. the buffet feels crowded as well.
